Participation requirements

Before applying for the scholarship programme, please ensure that:

• You have a grade of ≥8/10 from the university in the Republic of North Macedonia, or grade equivalent to 8/10 from degrees abroad or are in the top 10% of your graduating class.
• You are a citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia by nationality or descent, or you hold a valid residence permit in the Republic of North Macedonia for the duration of their postgraduate studies.
• You are up to 30 years old (and up to 32 years old for MBAs with proven work experience)
• You are a graduate of the university of the Republic of North Macedonia
• The postgraduate programme for which you are applying for a scholarship must be held in Republic of North Macedonia, in countries across Europe, North America and Australia.
• You are not applying for part-time or distance learning university studies
• You are not an employee of OKTA AD - Skopje or a first-degree relative of an employee
