Terms and Conditions for Creating a Profile and Applying to the Scholarship Programme for Postgraduate Studies in the Republic of North Macedonia and Abroad
OKTA AD – Skopje, member of HELLENiQ ENERGY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as part of its Corporate Responsibility programme, announces for the 8th consecutive year the awarding of scholarships for postgraduate studies at the universities in the Republic of North Macedonia and abroad for the academic year 2026-2027. Through the Scholarship Programme for postgraduate studies in the Republic of North Macedonia and abroad (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme"), the Company supports final-year students or university graduates who have excelled in their undergraduate studies and wish to further their education and acquire further expertise and specialization in fields related to the Company's activities.
Before submitting your application, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By applying to participate in the Programme, the candidate declares that they have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
DECLARATION OF PARTICIPATION & PROGRAMME ORGANISATION
The eligibility criteria for candidates, the supporting documents required for participation in the Programme, the electronic submission process for supporting documents, the candidate evaluation process, the finalization of the scholarship, its duration, the amount and payment of the scholarship, and the obligations of the scholarship recipient are described in detail in the Announcement/Call “Company Scholarship Programme for the 2026-2027 Academic Year for Postgraduate Studies” (hereinafter referred to as the "Call"). It should be noted that the Call and these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the candidate's application and each applicant must comply with them in full.
GENERAL TERMS
The creation of a candidate profile is mandatory for the submission of an application to join the Programme. If any of the mandatory fields are not completed, it will not be possible to create a profile and, consequently, the candidate will not be able to submit their application. By creating a profile and applying, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that the information submitted to is complete, accurate and true. If it is found that false information has been provided when submitting the application, the application will be rejected.
Please note that the candidate is solely responsible for the pdf file created when submitting the application, as this is proof of submission of their application. The Reference Number indicated on each application after its final submission is unique and should be mentioned in any communication with the Company regarding the progress of the application.
If you wish to delete your profile or withdraw your application, please notify us in writing at scholarships.rnm@helpe.gr (Competent Address: OKTA AD – Skopje, str. 1 no. 25, Miladinovci, Municipality of Ilinden Corporate Responsibility Division, tel.: +389 2 2532 296).
Any dispute that may arise in connection with the Programme and the application of these terms and conditions shall be settled exclusively by the Courts of Skopje and in accordance with Law of the Republic of North Macedonia.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Company undertakes and guarantees that it complies with its obligations under personal data legislation, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 42/2020), which is in line with European regulations in the field of personal data protection, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. It also confirms that it acts and will act in accordance with all relevant by-laws and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Agency and other competent authorities.
