Terms and Conditions for Creating a Profile and Submitting an Application to the Scholarship Program for Postgraduate Studies in Montenegro and Abroad
JUGOPETROL AD, TIN 02013258 (hereinafter: the "Company") in cooperation with HELLENiQ ENERGY S.A., as part of its Corporate Responsibility program, announces for the 2nd consecutive year the awarding of scholarships for postgraduate studies at universities in Montenegro and abroad for the academic year 2026-2027. Through the Scholarship Program for postgraduate studies in Montenegro and abroad (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), the Company supports final-year students or university graduates who have excelled in their undergraduate studies and wish to further their education and acquire further expertise and specialization in fields related to the Company's activities.
Before submitting your application, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By submitting an application to participate in the Program, the candidate declares that they have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
DECLARATION OF PARTICIPATION & PROGRAMME ORGANISATION
The eligibility criteria for candidates, the supporting documents required for participation in the Program, the electronic submission process for supporting documents, the candidate evaluation process, the finalization of the scholarship, its duration, the amount and payment of the scholarship, and the obligations of the scholarship recipient are described in detail in the Call "Company Scholarship Program for the 2026-2027 Academic Year for Postgraduate Studies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Call"). It should be noted that the Call and these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the candidate's application and each applicant must comply with them in full.
GENERAL TERMS
The creation of a candidate profile is mandatory for the submission of an application to join the Program. If any of the mandatory fields are not completed, it will not be possible to create a profile and, consequently, the candidate will not be able to submit their application. By creating a profile and submitting an application, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that the information submitted to is complete, accurate and true. If it is found that false information has been provided when submitting the application, the application will be rejected.
Please note that the candidate is solely responsible for the pdf file created when submitting the application, as this is proof of submission of their application. The Reference Number indicated on each application after its final submission is unique and should be mentioned in any communication with the Company regarding the progress of the application.

Any dispute that may arise in connection with the Program and the application of these terms and conditions shall be settled exclusively by the Courts of Montenegro and in accordance with Montenegrin law.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Company undertakes and guarantees that it complies with its obligations under personal data legislation, specifically the Law on Protection of Personal Data (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 79/2008, 70/2009, 44/2012, 22/2017 and 77/2024), and all other valid laws and regulations of Montenegro that apply to the subject area, as well as all future amendments and additions to the said regulations.
