Terms and Conditions for Creating a Profile and Submitting an Application to the Scholarship Programme for Postgraduate Studies in Bulgaria and Abroad
EKO BULGARIA EAD, member of HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS SA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as part of its Corporate Responsibility programme, announces for the 2nd consecutive year the awarding of scholarships for postgraduate studies at universities in Greece and abroad for the academic year 2026-2027. Through the Scholarship Programme for postgraduate studies in Bulgaria and abroad (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme"), the Company supports final-year students or university graduates who have excelled in their undergraduate studies and wish to further their education and acquire further expertise and specialisation in fields related to the Company's activities.
Before submitting your application, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By submitting an application to participate in the Programme, the candidate declares that they have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
DECLARATION OF PARTICIPATION & PROGRAMME ORGANISATION
The eligibility criteria for candidates, the supporting documents required for participation in the Programme, the electronic submission process for supporting documents, the candidate evaluation process, the finalisation of the scholarship, its duration, the amount and payment of the scholarship, and the obligations of the scholarship recipient are described in detail in the Announcement "Company Scholarship Programme for the 2026-2027 Academic Year for Postgraduate Studies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Call"). It should be noted that the Call and these Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the candidate's application and each applicant must comply with them in full.
GENERAL TERMS
The creation of a candidate profile is mandatory for the submission of an application to join the Programme. If any of the mandatory fields are not completed, it will not be possible to create a profile and, consequently, the candidate will not be able to submit their application. By creating a profile and submitting an application, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that the information submitted to is complete, accurate and true. If it is found that false information has been provided when submitting the application, the application will be rejected.
Please note that the candidate is solely responsible for the pdf file created when submitting the application, as this is proof of submission of their application. The Reference Number indicated on each application after its final submission is unique and should be mentioned in any communication with the Company regarding the progress of the application.

Any dispute that may arise in connection with the Programme and the application of these terms and conditions shall be settled exclusively by the Courts of Bulgaria and in accordance with Bulgarian law.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Company undertakes and guarantees that it complies with its obligations under personal data legislation, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation" or "GDPR"), with processing based on the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), as well as any national and EU legislation that may be issued in the context of the application of the GDPR, the relevant directives, decisions, regulations that may be issued by the Personal Data Protection Authority (HDPA) in this context, as well as any other legislation or regulatory and regulatory framework on the Protection of Personal Data that amends, revises or replaces any of the aforementioned laws and regulations.
